Do you offer a control panel? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, every new customer will be able to administrate their mail with our control panel, which mean pop account, ALIAS, REDIRECTORY, AUTO-RESPONSE and also diffusion list. 2. Can we change plan as the company grow? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, eComm-Media will adjust to your company needs. You will only pay the difference between the first installation fee and the new plan, and paid monthly fees of the new one. At the server transfer, either on UNIX to NT or NT to UNIX, fee of 50$ CAN will applied. Top

Is your price including register fee? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No, the registration fee for a domain name has to be paid online. The fee for a local NIC will applied at the registration (see with NIC French for .fr, etc.) The domains are generally registered for a 2 years period. But, the customer could modify is reservation period of one to ten years. After fall down, registration has to be renewed. 4. Do you provide subscription for classical internet? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We do offer an Internet service access for customer in Canada and USA only. Top

What are the fees to get a domain name .com or .qc .ca? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The management of a .CA is completely modified since September 2000. .CA registration is now available and only on demand of a Canadian presence. How does it work for the transfer of the .COM to your server? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We will do it. It has to be approved by the administrator or technical contact of the domain name. If there is a problem with the contact, we will be able to help you. If you register your domain with a service that demands a username and password to do the modifications, we will indicate you our name and number of the DNS server. That way you will be able to do the modifications. Top
